Scenes from the Life of Christ

This work from the Brooks-Robinson Studio, Melbourne was constructed in 1922. It remains in good condition following major renovation in 2003 by Cummins and Stehn, stained glass experts, Eumundi, Queensland. Along with the Nativity and Crucifixion windows, this window was placed here to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Wickham Terrace Presbyterian Church where the St Andrew’s congregation began.

The scenes in this group represent incidents in the life of Jesus including the Cleansing of the Temple, the Transfiguration and the Prayer at Gethsemane.

The inscription reads: To the memory of Alexander and Ann Stewart
